The problem with two vendors

Most buildings hire one company to clean and another to dry them out after a leak. When water reaches the floor at 2 a.m., the second company is a stranger. We think the people who clean your building every week should be the ones who answer that call.

Water damage restoration · 24/7

From the first call to a dry, repaired space

Burst pipes, AC leaks, overflows and sewage backups. We extract the water, dry the structure, remove what cannot be saved and document everything for your insurer.

Our restoration lead has 5+ years in water damage restoration.

We arrive and stop the damage

You sign a work authorization, extraction starts, and we photograph and measure moisture from the first hour.

You get a written estimate

An itemized estimate for drying and repair before repair work starts. The agreement is with you, the property owner.

We document for your claim

You and your adjuster get photos, moisture readings and the scope of work.

We dry and monitor

Daily readings and a drying log until materials reach target dryness.

Repair and handover

Repair and reconstruction through licensed partners, with one point of contact throughout.

Three categories of water, three levels of response

Category 1

Clean water

Category 2

Gray water

From a dishwasher or washing machine discharge, or a toilet overflow without feces. Needs extraction, cleaning and antimicrobial treatment.

Category 3

Black water

Sewage backups and outside floodwater. Protective equipment, removal of porous materials, full sanitizing.

Questions

What managers ask us first

Not here? Write to [email protected] and we answer within one business day.

Do you work with my insurance company?+

We work for you, the property owner or association. Florida law does not let contractors take over a claim or negotiate coverage, so you file the claim and we give you and your adjuster the photos, moisture readings, drying logs and an itemized estimate.

How fast can you get here?+

We cover all of Palm Beach County. For contract clients the emergency arrival window is written into the agreement.

How is cleaning priced?+

We walk the building with you, then send a written proposal based on square footage, frequency and the type of space. Medical and kitchen areas take more time than open offices, and the proposal shows that.

Why do the first 24 to 48 hours matter?+

Mold can start growing on wet drywall, carpet and wood within 24 to 48 hours. Fast extraction, drying and antimicrobial treatment keep a water loss from turning into a mold problem.

Who will be in our building?+

A small, consistent crew led by the owners. Every team member is background-checked.

Can you send a certificate of insurance?+

Yes, on request, together with a W-9 for your vendor file.
